The Pickled Pig/Sweet Scoops

Couldn't think of a better spot to review and highlight then this first spot 'The Pickled Pig & Sweet Scoops" They first opened up their storefront around 2018 & in 2020 opened a second location down by Centennial Park called 'The Pickled Pig by the basin' . They serve homemade sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts and ice cream!, everything local and now even make their buns from scratch! Since they just moved to a new location their display cases aren't full like they usually were, but they are working on it. Coming along quite quickly 

Review: From the storefront location I got the Turkey Bacon Swiss (first time on a homemade bun) & a Gingerccino Cold Brew. From the location at the park I got the 'Loaded Doritos'. All together I would rate this 8.5/10. 

Turkey Bacon Swiss - the bun was really fresh, you get a lot of sandwich for the price, not messy at all. Gingerccino - my god this is fall in a cup right here. Only downside is the syrup they use is a bit thick. Definitely have to make sure it's thoroughly mixed but when it is so delicious.

Loaded Doritos - perfect if you're looking for something quick and on the go. Comes in a Doritos bag with lettuce, taco beef, cheese, salsa and sour cream. I am not a sour cream fan so got this without it but still really good. Only critique is they could have added a bit more lettuce and beef to it but again all in all, really delicious and good bang for the buck.
