This new little pop up cantina is located in Victoria Park in Smiths Falls, ON. Opened up August 3rd and from what I heard is staying open til October. Hours now are 11-7 everyday with maybe longer hours coming depending on the amount of customers. I went on opening day so they didn't have any tables set up or anything but I drive by daily and now they tables with umbrellas to enjoy the water front views. They do serve beer and heard they are going to be adding live music soon.
Review: I got the 'Tell Me Your Beef' taco which is a pulled beef taco. It normally comes with slaw, tomatoes, red onion, green onion, sweet onion, cilantro, crema, chipotle, jalapeño, salsa and sour cream but of course I got it without jalapeño and sour cream. Also tried the Corny Street Talk which is a fully loaded grilled corn (comes with same toppings as above) I would rate this 9.5/10
Tell Me Your Beef taco: Little pricy for 1 taco BUT when you do get it, it comes literally fully loaded. Nice big serving of meat, they don't skimp on the toppings at all. Would recommend little extra sauce as the amount of beef and toppings would come out a little "dry"
Corny Street Talk: full cob of corn grilled to perfection. Got mine topped with cilantro, red and green onion and tomatoes. Could use a little more butter for personal preference (lol can't get enough of that stuff) but honestly best part of the menu!
